MAVERICKS’ CHILDSPREE @ KOHL’S
Each fall the West Valley Mavericks partner with organizations such as Homeless Youth Connection, Boys and Girls Clubs, and Mercy House to support local children in need. During this time the Mavericks assist over one-hundred-fifty disadvantaged children with their back-to-school shopping at Kohls. With the support of generous sponsors, Kohl’s, and West Valley Mavericks Foundation, each child is able to spend at least $100, and in total, over $15,000 of goods are purchased for local youth. Childspree is a remarkable experience for Mavericks’ families, volunteers, and participants.
