The West Valley Mavericks Foundation Gives Back
The West Valley Mavericks Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization which proudly supports the West Valley in a variety of ways. The West Valley Mavericks Foundation aims to develop and support programs that serve to improve the quality and future of our communities. It’s mission is to assist children and families and help people in need.
The Mavericks recently completed our annual beneficiary grant award process. Checks have been mailed to 88 charitable organizations impacting the West Valley in $518,000 of giving for 2022. This marks the first time in the organization's nearly 10 year history that we've cleared the half a million-dollar mark annually. This also puts the organization over $2M in total dollars given since the inception of the Mavericks. All of this was made possible by our outstanding community partners, sponsors, and volunteers.
